Another trailer axle that would of been saved if it had been serviced , we have cut the axle off and fitted new suspension units reset all the brakes ready for the customer to pick up 👨‍🔧👨‍🏭

Recoved a camping trailer off the m1 never been serviced and the wheel bearing has collapsed so cut the old off and make a new axle with 13" wheels ready for the customer to collect

Remember its safer and cheaper to have a service then a repair

Camping trailer in for a service also no lights working i wonder why lol

Nice car transporter in today for some repairs and maintenance 👨‍🔧

Nice ifor williams service on site so the customer was not held up 👨‍🔧

Well this is the latest catering trailer to leave the mtsr work shop everything we do is done in house from planning and design to wiring and welding we do the lot this trailer is fully loaded spec as follows
1200 x 400 griddle (gas)
4 pot bain-marie
4 hot tubs over griddle
2 under counter fridges
1 full height pop fridge
6 pot salad bar
2 microwave
85 litre boiler (gas)
A posh coffee machine
2 sinks
Hot tap
Water pump
Lots of power points some with usb for phones and card machines also led lighting

All frame work is metal with machine polished stainless steel work tops and lots of shelf space

This unit is also fitted with
Full alarm system
Cctv
And a tracker

Underneath has been cleaned and under sealed new brakes & brake cables new led rear lights

The trailer has had a full respray and looks lovely
