PayByLink Management

There is now an index for all outstanding PBLs. You can change the deposit amount, or extend the expiry of the PBL.

Room Add-Ons

If you assign an add-on to a Room, these will be offered as add-ons to that RoomSlot when it is in the customer's cart.

Incident Reports

Improved Incident Reports to use as an internal accident book, which works for staff or visitors.

Pro-Forma

Send PDF Pro-Formas for Quotes or Pending Sales to the customer. If the Location has bank details set up, these will appear on the Pro-Forma, giving the customer another option to make payment.

*Management Improvements*
You may have a need to create one-time improvements that only the management team can see.

*Add Images To Improvement Comments*
Sometimes words are not enough when commenting on an Improvement, you can now add an image (through Scheduling).

Increase Your Ticket Sale

Tempus can now suggest additional products (add-ons) which customers can optionally checkout. If they are standalone, they do not even need to be sold with a Booking or Voucher.
