Instant hot water tap fitted. No more waiting on the kettle. All pipe work was changed to put in a dishwasher aswell All waste and sink installed. And even changed the stopcock 😉

New electric hob installed. So nice to see them finising touches going in on a brand new kitchen.

From this very dated bathroom. To this luxury bathroom. Full refurb with underfloor heating and underfloor heated shower seat. Electric mirror, wall light and extractor. 7 spot lights fitted. Full soil stack replacement. internal shower thermostatic valve, internal sink taps and toilet. All electrics joinery tiling and plumbing complete. For a really patient customer.
