And to make sure things are looking and sounding sweet in this bigger space, On Ice are collaborating with the brains at Parametrica Studios.

More details will follow on what visual delights we’re devising, but having worked with the likes of Wigflex, Midland, The Cause and Fold, we can safely say the On Ice x Parametrica brains trust will be creating a truly special club experience - for the ears, eyes, mind and soul.

Master magician in the booth ✨

Ever since past guest Joe Delon tipped us about Nick, we’ve been pretty obsessed. The Manchester based DJ has played at some of favourite clubs in the UK, such as The White Hotel and Pickle Factory, and co-founded the elusive yet legendary club night Dust Off (alumini include Ben UFO, Gwenan and Joe).

Nick will be warming us up with a bag full of the good stuff, twisting and turning through choice-house cuts, bloopy electro and rump-shaking machine funk, not to be missed !

Join us on Saturday 8th at The I Club, dancing through to 4am 👉🔗.

Saturday 8th February, we’re out of the terrible twos, and we’re bringing one of London’s best DJs to Nottingham to celebrate.

Ever since blowing our socks off as she teared up the 4am NYC Downlow dance floor in ‘23, Hannah Holland has been an absolute On Ice favourite. Her DJ sets and productions perfectly encapsulate the bum-shaking, love-making, daze-inducing energy we live for at On Ice…although her releases on Super Rhythm Trax and soundtrack for The Vistor really do all the talking.

An absolute staple for the London Underground and q***r scenes since forever, Hannah currently holds a residency at Adonis, and is a staple at Glastonbury’s fabled NYC Downlow, Field Manoeuvres, and Berlin’s Berghain. Expect the disparate strains of electro, acid, techno and house, all tinged with tear-jerking, tissue-grabbing emotion.

Get a stiff drink and lock in, things are turning up to 11.

After 3 years of riotous loft parties and sweaty basement love affairs, we’re throwing maybe our biggest knees up to date.

What better way to celebrate than with two killer club DJs - Hannah Holland and Nick Kagame - served up on a sizzling custom 6 point sound-system, and our signature lighting and smoke shrouded dance door, in a true Nottingham forgotten gem club space, dancing through to 4am !

Expect sleazy pumpers, soul-melters, and heart-string pullers.

Gob smacking, jaw dropping stuff on Saturday.

Killer contributions from DFD and Georgia, a delightful bunch of dancers, and our smokiest soup we’ve created to date. Probably our favourite party so far.

Next up, we’re celebrating our 3rd Birthday in February. Anyone up for a dance? Best keep those eyes peeled, minds on ice, and hearts on fire.

This Saturday’s mood setter❗️A nu-Notts legend in our eyes, always pushing an alternative sound in a town not known for it. We love DFD. Eclectic and hazy: a true ear worm sound. Pulling gems from the most unexpected places.

Charlie started throwing parties under the pseudonym Department for Dance in 2019, making a statement by presenting parties focused on leftfield sounds and off-kilter discotheque debauchery. Safe to say this left a massive impression on us, and heavily inspired On Ice.

You can be sure Charlie will leave his mark on the loft, and put his own stamp on the first 2 hours of our cosmic gathering.

As with all our guests, DFD is not to be missed. Get down early and feel the zip and zap of Charlie move through the gears in his natural habitat, 1030 til 0030.
