We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the leap for the Hope in Every Life appeal last Saturday.
Our amazing team all abseiled 418 feet down Northamptonโs iconic lift tower to raise vital funds for mental health, showing great courage and compassion that will have a lasting impact.
Special shoutout to Jenna Sutton, who honoured her grandfatherโs legacy in the most powerful way, and to Janelle Leone, Natalie Morgan, Oli Hiscoe and everyone who is helping us to bring hope to those who need it most.
Together, weโre building brighter futures.

This weekend, Jenna Sutton will abseil 418 feet down Northamptonโs iconic lift tower, not just for the thrill, but for something far more meaningful.
Sheโs doing it to honour her grandfather, James John Sutton, who spent his life working for the Express Lift Company and helped build the lifts tested in the tower. Jenna is taking on the challenge to raise vital funds for the appeal - a cause close to her heart. She is part of the team at St Andrew's Healthcare and has supported people close to her with mental health challenges.
Our appeal is helping people living with complex mental health needs discover a life full of hope. Letโs cheer Jenna on as she takes this powerful step in memory of her grandad and in support of those who need it most. ๐

In this short film, Karen Johnson, Lead Occupational Therapist, shares why trampolines are so brilliant. Watch it below.
Additional fundraising will help us to fund even more innovative therapies, providing hope to people with complex mental health needs. By supporting our appeal, you can help us to make a real difference.

Being cared for in hospital need not be a barrier for teenagers who are being supported with complex mental health.
At St Andrew's Healthcare, young patients studying via our on-site College have the opportunity to take part in the The Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme, which gives young people aged between 14 and 24 years the opportunity to develop themselves in scenarios they would not normally experience.
While things are done slightly differently for young people in hospital, young patients are able to take part in all elements of the DofE programme, including the expedition and volunteering to help others ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐งญ๐บ๏ธ
The pupils spectacular efforts have been recognised by the DofE's CEO, Ruth Marvel OBE, who said: "Weโre so proud of all the young people at St Andrewโs College who have dedicated their time and energy to helping others in their communities.โ
