Leasehold transactions have additional legal requirements that freehold sales don’t:

🔸 A management company pack must be requested — this takes time and costs money
🔸 Notices of transfer and charge must be served after completion
🔸 A deed of covenant may be required
🔸 Service charges must be apportioned correctly

None of this is particularly complicated - but it does need careful management.

Make sure your conveyancer has solid leasehold experience.
