Ollerton kicked off their season on Saturday with a trip to Sleaford in Lincolnshire, where they came up against a very strong Sleaford side.

There were some impressive performances from a few new faces making their debuts: Wayne and Miles Henson and Jake Brennan. Well done, chaps!

A big thank you to everyone who travelled to support the lads!

Well done to the try scorers who got themselves on the scoresheet:

With both teams getting ready for their first competitive games of the season here are the confirmed fixtures for Ollerton rugby club with the First XV competing in the Counties 3 midlands east (north east) league and the Hoods competing in the NLD merit league north east, we wish both teams a great season and look forward to seeing you supporting us on the sidelines

Ollerton travelled to Chesterfield in a pre season friendly and came away with a 43 -15 victory.
This was a great game with both sides having many players, there was some awesome open rugby from both sides. Ollerton had the edge and ramped it up in the last quarter.
Tries came from Veteran Eric Cranmer, Flying Wingers, Jonny Brannan and Braiden Lee, Scrum half Jack Cranmer, Fly half John Ross Ward, Captain Liam Tebbett and Man of the match David Wilson. Conversions from John Ross Ward and Damien Pope.

Last week at our annual presidents day we managed to raise £2305 in aid of our player Warren Watson-Varley, money was raised via donations on the day and will massively help Warren and his family while they get through this difficult time.

It is amazing to see how many players and supporters from both Ollerton and Paviors turned up to support one of their own, so as a club we thank you all ❤️.

💛💙

Ollerton played their annual Presidents game at home v Paviors and just won 36 - 31.
The game was a charity game and all money raised went to Warren Watson Varley who is recovering from a traffic accident. Warren played for both clubs and there was plenty of players and spectators supporting.
This was a very close game with both teams playing well and scoring many tries.
Ollerton tries came from David Wilson, Pete Alldread, Jack Cranmer, Lewis Gotheridge bagging 2 and Jones & Co Man of the match impressive No 8 Tom Dilworth also scoring 2.
