On Friday 5th June our world changed completely. Warren was involved in a serious accident involving a vehicle which left him with life-changing injuries.

Right now, Warren is being cared for at Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, where he has undergone a number of surgeries and remains under close watch in the Intensive Care Unit.

Warren is a keen rugby player and has played for both Paviors and Ollerton rugby clubs.

While the medical staff are doing everything they can to help Warren heal, the road to recovery is going to be incredibly long and challenging.

We have set up this Crowdfunding page to ease the financial pressure on Warren and his family. As you can imagine, dealing with the trauma of an accident brings immense emotional strain, and the last thing the family should be worrying about is how to manage financially.

Any funds raised will go directly toward supporting Warren’s long-term wellbeing, including:

• Travel and accommodation for the family to stay close to medical facilities .

• Specialist rehabilitation and physiotherapy to maximize his chances of a full recovery.

• Helping cover everyday living expenses while Warren is unable to work.

Please come down and show support at our charity darts marathon there will be a collection for Warren aswell as all funds from the raffle and darts going towards the above.

In what was a brilliant match to see out a fantastic season, Ollerton just came up short in a 25-22 defeat with the last kick of the game.

It was amazing to see so many officials and supporters cheering the lads on; and the lads on the pitch certainly didn’t disappoint.

In what was a tense start to the game it was Leesbrook who scored first, but Ollerton were quick to strike back and this set the tone for the match.

Two great tries from star scrum half Jack Cranmer, and a rapid score by the try machine Jonny Brannan made this an enthralling encounter. Meanwhile Daniel Marrows and Ryan Bowskill added the kicks and man of the match Ashley Allmond was involved in everything!

At 22 points all, time up on the clock, Leesbrook slotted a penalty to take the trophy.

A heart breaking result but a fantastic effort by the whole squad and a great day out for the club.

Now time for a well earned rest before pre season begins in July.
