Happy International Tea Day ๐
My path with tea deepened through study and travel, including time in Japan, where I encountered tea as a living ceremony, one of simplicity, devotion, and deep listening.
Tea, for me, is more than a drink; it is a ritual of remembrance, a bridge between human and nature, and a doorway into stillness. ๐
Today we gathered in the woodland to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature through a gentle forest bathing walk followed by a calming sencha tea ritual.
It was such a beautiful experience peaceful, grounding, restorative ๐
So lovely to share quiet moments, mindful connection, and tea beneath the trees.
Thank you to everyone who came along and brought such calm, open energy to the day ๐ฒโจ

๐ฟ Women in Nature: Beltane Gathering ๐ฟ
Today we gathered in the forest.
The earth was soft underfoot, the air rich and earthy, and dew still resting on leaves, everything felt lush and alive.
We began with forest bathing, slowing down and opening our senses. Through simple Beltane rituals, we honoured what is ready to be released and what is beginning to grow.
In circle, we shared, listened, and held space with honesty and care.
We closed with a quiet tea ritual, grounding it all in warmth and presence.
Thereโs something powerful about gathering like this slowing down, being witnessed, and reconnecting to the land and each other.
Thank you to the women who came ๐ฟ
Next gathering: Summer Solstice, 21 June โ link in bio โ๏ธ
Tea and forest bathing are my ways of cultivating stillness, harmony, and peace.
Practices that return me to what feels essential.
And something I quietly share through my work.
