Just rebuilt you EAS air compressor and nothing works?
Make sure this grub screw is NOT missing. The inlet will not suck and the outlet will NOT build AIR at PRESSURE.

New EAS piston seal out in one piece...
Just pick away at the one side then pull the remaining old seal out - this gives you access to lever the Retaining Ring up to clean and refit your new seal.

Problem: Inlet SUCKS and blows?
Don't neglect this O ring seal. It acts as a non return valve for the oulet side.
SYMPTOMS: EAS pump pumps air to both the outlet, (like it should) and the inlet - which it definitely shouldn't.

The EAS diaphragm should have a spring to enable it being spring loaded and operate correctly.
Make sure you don't forget it ..

Next job: change the Bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor on bank one, left hand.
I may even change both as they both seem to dropout to zero and run extremely LEAN on TICKOVER.
