🧘‍♀️Family Yoga returns to Central Library🙆‍♂

💬Its back! We are pleased to announce with funding from Sports England & The National Lottery, Free Family Yoga with the amazing Philippa from Kalma Life is returning. Starting on Saturday 12th September 10-10.45am in the Discovery Space at Central Library.

Through playful movement, partner poses and moments of relaxation, the sessions offer families an opportunity to bond, slow down, and care for their wellbeing. Free fruit is on offer at the end of the session for all participants. We cant wait to see you.
