Marketing Assistant — The Mill Group
We’re looking for a creative, organised Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and work across. The Mill, Il Mulino, Hood, Industry and The Spread.
You’ll be helping with social media, content creation, Reels, photography, simple graphics, website updates, email marketing, events and day-to-day marketing across all of our venues.
This would be a great role for someone early in their marketing career who has a good eye for content, understands social media and wants hands-on experience across several hospitality brands.
What we’re looking for:
* Confident using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
* Comfortable creating photo and video content
* Basic Canva, Adobe or similar design skills
* Organised and able to manage different tasks and brands
* An interest in food, drink, hospitality and social media
* Previous experience is helpful, but strong examples of your work matter too
