This is The Goldfinch, one of the newest additions to our menu for 2026. Drambuie, Amaretto, peach and citrus, finished with a light Sarti Passionfruit Foam.

The final touch is always our favourite part. There’s something very satisfying about watching that foam being added just before the drink heads out to the table.

Available now alongside the rest of our cocktail menu, Thursday to Saturday.

Our Dry Gin Martini is a simple classic, made with Oxley London Dry Gin and Asterley Bros Vermouth. Clean, crisp, and available dirty for those who like a little extra savoury character.

The perfect pick-me-up whatever the weather decides to do this weekend.

Smoky, fresh and just a little bit different.

The Mezcal Cuckoo has been a fixture on our menu since 2020, and for good reason. A blend of El Jimador Blanco Tequila and Ilegal Mezcal Joven creates a beautifully balanced smoky base, lifted with pineapple, fresh lime, housemade sage syrup and a touch of celery bitters.

Finished with a Tajín rim for a gentle kick of spice, it’s one of those cocktails that keeps people coming back for “just one more”.

Orange Pip Market is back this Saturday 🎉

Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Orange Pip transforms Baker & Bedford Street into a huge celebration of independent food, craft drinks, music and local creativity from 12pm until 5pm 🌿

Expect artisan food stalls, embroidery workshops, magicians, aerial blossom workshops and a brilliant atmosphere throughout the afternoon.

We know some people can sometimes think events like this mean the town will be hectic, but Orange Pip has always had a really friendly, welcoming atmosphere and is one of the best days of the year to enjoy Middlesbrough’s independent quarter.

We’ll be open from 3pm as usual for cocktails, wine, Charcuterie & Cheese and plenty of table service, no standing room only here - the usual Nuthatch service you know and love 🍸🧀

Whether you fancy a quick cocktail whilst exploring the market, or a relaxed afternoon and evening with us afterwards, we’d love to see you.
