Member of staff needed at our Cafe in Hemlington.

Monday -Friday. Part time.

Must be able to pass non police vetting as it is working in the police station.

Ability to work on own initiative is essential.

Experience required.

Part time, mon-fri, hours to be confirmed but no earlier than 8am and no later than 2pm.
Experience preferred but not essential.

Something a little bit different.

Our lovely middle child is leaving primary school this year so last week we had the pleasure of catering for his leavers party.

Obviously in all the madness I completely forgot to take any photos of the food 🤦‍♀️

I did however manage to get a snap of this lovely balloon arch we made. It was so lovely to see him enjoying a last night with all his friends.. many of them he isn’t going to secondary school with.

I had to nurse my poorly fingers for a few hours after I tied all those balloons but it was definitely worth it!

On the last week of term we had the honour of producing and delivering 60 mini afternoon tea boxes for the wonderful teachers at St Marks school!
The teachers have done wonderful job of helping our kids get through the strangest, most memorable year they will probably ever have at school and they absolutely deserved this treat!

Looking for 2 members of staff for temporary positions over July/august.... likely to lead to permanent positions if lifting of lockdown restrictions goes ahead although also happy to take on someone who just wants some temporary holiday work.

Mon-Fri 8.30-1pm.

Experience in a cafe, kitchen and with a barista machine would be an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is a fast learner and can work quickly and efficiently to meet customer demand.
We are a small (but awesome!) team so you must be reliable.

1 position is to work at our cafe at the community safety hub in hemlington and the other is for our staff cafe at Middlesbrough Police station in the town centre.

Due to the location of the cafes you will be required to complete a police background check (similar to DBS)

Mickey shaped cake, chocolate brownie pieces and Mickey printed biscuits. All homemade. Served with a chocolate dip, marshmallows and strawberries (for your five a day of course)

This lasted less than 5 minutes in our house!
