We've hit a major milestone in our apprenticeship programme!

Lewis Allen has become our first apprentice to successfully complete four years of training to become a certified Electrician.

We've watched Lewis acquire vital industry certifications, hone his craft and pass assessments at his time with Durata so far, and now the future is looking bright!

Our apprenticeship opportunities are designed to offer hands-on training and experience on critical projects across the UK and beyond. Developing the next generation of professionals is something we are incredibly proud of.

Chris brings over 25 years of experience managing complex, high-value projects across critical infrastructure sectors including data centres, transport and telecoms.

With a background in consulting and senior leadership roles at Vertiv, Thales, Network Rail and Cummins, he is known for his practical, people-first approach to delivery - combining innovation, sustainability and structured thinking.
