Research has shown that regular physical activity can make us happier and healthier. Yet more than a third of UK adults find it challenging to find the time for movement (Mental Health Foundation).

Today is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is making mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority.
Over the last three years, we have called on organisations to empower employees to bring their whole self to work and support their own and others’ wellbeing.
We have produced a new resource for World Mental Health Day to help you prioritise mental health and wellbeing in your organisation. Our five tips for building a better workplace culture are available as a digital or printable poster.
You can also find the resource on our Instagram page, as a handy carousel post that you can save to your phone for easy reference when you need it.

We promised some big news for 2022 and here it is…. STAINSBY GRANGE PEGASUS CIC - a not for profit organisation to improve mental health & wellbeing of people in our local community. We have exciting plans for SGPC and look forward to seeing the impact it has on children in our local area.
