Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Middlesbrough store will remain closed throughout next week.

We’re currently making plans to take our mobile van out into the Middlesbrough community so we can continue to support customers locally - we’ll share more details soon.

Calling all shoppers - there's a change to our upcycling shop opening hours this month 📣

For this month only, our shop will be open on Thursday 25 June from 10am - 2pm. This is a change from our usual last Friday of the month, so mark it on your calendar so you don't miss out!

Whether you're looking for furniture, homeware, or trinkets, there really is something for everyone.

Find us at Thirteen's Recycling Centre, Unit 11, Royce Avenue, Cowpen Industrial Estate, Billingham, TS23 4BX.

We’ve introduced Internet Paperless Direct Debit (IPDD) to make setting up a Direct Debit quicker and easier.

What this means for you

Middlesbrough store closed: Friday 12 June ⚠️

We're having to close our Middlesbrough store tomorrow (Friday 12 June) due to unforeseen circumstances.

We hope to be open as normal on Monday, but in the meantime you can contact us in all the usual ways:

Changes to our Middlesbrough and Hull store opening hours 🕤

We want to make sure that our opening hours meet the needs of our customers.

That's why we monitor footfall in our stores and have decided to change our opening hours to:

Monday: 9.30am to 2.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am to 2.30pm
Wednesday*: 9:30am to 2:30pm alternate weeks
Thursday: 9.30am to 2.30pm
Friday: 9.30am to 2.30pm
Saturday*: 9am to 2pm alternate weeks
Sunday: Closed

Having a clear out? Donate to our furniture support scheme 🪑

In the last 12 months, we’ve helped 103 families turn empty spaces into safe, comfortable homes through our furniture support scheme. We’re incredibly proud of this figure but sadly, demand is higher than supply.

If you have any good quality furniture or household items that you no longer need, please consider donating them to support those who need it most.

We’re always grateful for any donations, but in particular, we need:

- drawers
- small sofas
- small dining tables and chairs
- wardrobes
- bedside tables
- coffee tables
- kitchen utensils (in good condition).

We collect for free across all TS postcodes. Find out more about the scheme on our website and complete the donation form if you may have anything suitable.
