Big toe nail reconstruction 🦶🏻

This lovely lady was going on holiday and DESPERATE for a nail to be on ready for painting.

This gel can be applied to the skin also if a nail has been fully removed. Please message me if you require any more info 👣

Appointment number 19493727 for my Poppy (not quite that many but it certainly feels it). 🫠

We have now been informed she has Severs disease which is, a common condition affecting the heel bone. It’s highly common in adolescents and mainly those who have taken part in a high impact sport.
We have nothing to worry about or stress over it’s simply do the exercises given, use insoles and wear soft splints. 👏🏼

Many of you all ask how Poppy is getting on 🩷. This is just a little insight of her foot health, we still have numerous appointments to attend but the NHS have been amazing with her 💙.

And just like that.. my weeks holiday is over. I definitely picked the best week to be off ☀️.

Remember this big toe fissure?

Look at it now.. 8 weeks later it’s healed 😃

My daughter’s time to have her feet dealt with. 👣

Over-pronation on both feet which makes her knees come inwards together. She’s also hyper mobile and has ‘squishy bones’. 🥰

2nd physio session done with a few more to go and an orthotics referral.

So.. I really do live and breathe FEET 😄👣
