💔 Important Update 💔

I am heartbroken to share that my son has suddenly passed away. While I organise his funeral and take time with my family, I will be pausing all window cleaning work for at least the next 4 weeks.

I truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and kindness during this incredibly difficult time.

The van went in for a MOT in January, unfortunately they found a fault with the airbag ecu controller. This 2inch sealed circuit board was causing a fault. They tried looking for a new one, +3 months to get part. They tried sending it for repair, they found the software was corrupted. Today they has a software engineer look at it but unfortunately it can not be fixed. The van has basically been written off.
I will be attempting to get a new van offer next week and then transferring all the window cleaning gear over.

Unfortunately my daughter contracted covid-19 in the last few days of school. Today myself and the rest of my family have tested positive. I've been isolating for the last 4 days and will now have to isolate for 10 more days. This means I will have to delay the cleans by a minimum if 2 weeks. Thank you for your understanding. A quick update on how things are going in 2021. As you're aware schools are still closed, I've been trying to keep on top of things as best as I can but currently some cleans are +20days late. On the 18th I will be going in for an eye operation as well. Please know I am still working and doing my best to catch up. Since the school closed we have been following government advice and have stopped work. With the changes made over the last few days we are going to start up again. This will be a slow start to make sure we can follow goverment advice and keep all our clients safe.

If you would prefer your clean to be skipped please let us know via txt / message.

After taking advice we have not been working for the last 2 weeks and will not be able to start working until after the social distancing has been lifted. Thank you for your understanding.

With the chaos that is coronavirus and with the fact the schools are now closed, we've had to make some temporary changes until this is over.
From this weekend we will no longer be cleaning every 4 weeks, rather we will cleaning as often as we can and making our way through the cleaning list in order. This will mean delays between cleans.
We ask all who can to pay via bank transfer and those who can't please have the correct money. No change will be given but rather any excess money will be added to your account and deducted from the next clean (or refunded after the social distancing has ended).

The van is back and working. Will be starting the catch up this afternoon. Sorry again for the delay

Still no news on when the van will be back in action. They were installing a new fuel line on Friday and hopefully I will hear something today.

Today was supposed to be the first day back after Christmas break. Unfortunately the van has had more technical difficulties. It is in the garage and I will update once know what is happening.

Unfortunately I've had some issues with child care this school summer holidays. This has put me behind in my cleaning schedule by 2 - 4 week. I'm working to catch up as much as I can and things should be back to normal 2nd Sept when school restarts. Thank you all for your understanding

Having a slight issue at the moment with our van. Clutch is being replaced. Hopefully will be back on the road in about a week
