Make sure your plasterer loosens off the ceiling and wall accessories when reskimming. It's a right job trying to sort it afterwards when replacing fittings. In fact, this one needs another visit from a plasterer. Costly if botched at first visit.

Receiving lots of calls from national companies requesting Tees to sub contract to them. Beware guys and girls, if you have a problem, make sure you check you go direct to a local company and get an estimate before they arrive. I hear lots of horror stories, especially from our older customers who have received 2 to 400+ invoice demands for minor repairs of less than 2 hours work.

Hey, watch out for the sharks. I received an email asking if I would do emergency works for these, I don't think so. Just ripping people off.
