Great night at the Law Awards last night!

A huge shout out to Adeel. We’ve been in business at the same time right from the very beginning, starting out in small offices next door to each other. Watching what he’s built over the years has been incredible.

Our 6-bed HMO conversion in Darlington is really starting to take shape.

With the full property now plastered, we’re moving into the next phase of the project with 2nd fix electrics, 2nd fix plumbing, and mist coating underway. Every week gets us one step closer to bringing this property back to life.

In just a few weeks, this transformation will be complete, creating a high-quality all en-suite HMO designed to maximise both rental income and long-term value.

🚧 Week 6 Progress Update 🚧

Another big milestone reached on this project, with all plastering work now fully complete.

The property is really starting to take shape, and over the next week the focus will be on clearing out the site, applying the mist coat, and beginning second-fix electrics and plumbing.

It’s always exciting to see a project move from the construction phase into the finishing stages, where the transformation really starts to come to life.
