DB Space Modular

We have had positive feedback from the conservation officer for this one of kind build. DB Space have been appointed for the build of this stunning building that will be oart of a regeneration of a losted folly. All being well we will receive a positive outcome from planning in the coming months wothnplans to start in mid summer.

An exciting project for us working in collaboration with an incredible architect and local craftsman that will be carrying the restoration of the folly.

We kind acceot any projects from developers, architects and project managers who are looking for an economical friendly build partner who's systems can work in cohesion with complex planning stipulations and conservation areas. Although we did not design this building we did provide the building control package, visual renders and video flythough to assist with the planning application.

If the project proceeds we will be working to tight regulations with the tree preservation consultant requirements to maintain ecology and protection of the surrounding areas.

This build would simply not be granted to be build with traditional methods.

From Show Stand to Dream Garden Office in Otley

We first met John and Fiona at the Harrogate Homebuilding & Renovation Show in 2023. After taking home a brochure, John got in touch — looking to create a superior garden office that would allow him to work from home full-time.

At first glance, this is just a dining extension. But in truth, it’s far more than that. Liam and Roxy’s original dining space sat awkwardly between the kitchen and snug – practical, perhaps, but never truly welcoming.
