We’re taking a well earned holiday ☀️ - this means the Enby Social and the Trans+ Social won’t be held in the month of June.

We’ll be back in July for UnMasc on 03/07, Trans+ Social on 21/07 (for anyone who identifies under the Trans+, Nonbinary or Gender diverse umbrella), Enby Social (for all nonbinary folk) on 22/07.

You can always find the dates of our socials on our website, at safespacemerseyside.co.uk

We are also holding the next Trans Coucil meeting on 17/07, and a Pre-Pride Big Q***r Clothes Swap with the wonderful on 18/07.

We’ll do our best to reply to any urgent DMs whilst we are away but please bear with us!

With love,

We could say something profound and articulate about the news last week but instead we’re focussing our energy on what we can practically do instead. We could have also made a better poster but we’re exhausted from having our identities ‘debated’ in the media 24/7.

Along with binders, packers, STPs, hygiene products and period products, we’re now able to offer a limited number of RADAR keys to unlock accessible toilets for use if you don’t feel safe using the Ladies’ or the Men’s 🚻.

If a key would help you out, and cost is a barrier, give us a shout in the DMs or just pick one up at our socials, no questions asked.

Trans women are women

Trans men are men

Nonbinary and Intersex people and identities are valid

We’re not going anywhere 🏳️‍⚧️ 💙🩷🤍 🏳️‍⚧️

Kay’s Lashes

She said:

I’m Kay — the owner of Kays Lashes, based on the Wirral. I offer classic, hybrid and volume eyelash extensions in a relaxed, judgement-free environment where everyone is welcome. I currently have model price appointments available while I continue to grow my portfolio and experience.

I’m a trans woman myself, and creating a safe, inclusive space for trans and LGBTQ+ clients is really important to me. I understand how vulnerable beauty appointments can sometimes feel, so my goal is to make sure every person who books with me feels comfortable, respected, and supported just as they are.
