Flutterbies Childcare offers flexible childcare for children from birth to 13 years.
Offering Nursery & Pre-school education and a Breakfast & After School Club term time and Nursery education alongside a Holiday Club during schedule school holidays.

The Breakfast and Afterschool Club children have enjoyed producing some lovely pictures for the members of Friends of Warboys Day Centre, Young at Heart group. I am sure the members will love them and a big thank you to all the children who created some fabulous pictures.

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day! 🌸
Today we celebrate all the incredible women who help shape the lives of the children we care for.
To all the mums, step-mums, grandmothers, aunties, nannies, carers, and special women who give their love, guidance and support every single day, thank you. 💐
Your kindness, patience and encouragement help little ones grow in confidence, happiness and love.

Our Nursery Room Has Had a Little Makeover!
Over the weekend we have given our Nursery Room a small refresh to better match the ages and stages of development of our current cohort of children.
We have introduced lots of beautiful new resources, many of which are from Lovevery. These resources are thoughtfully designed to support young children’s development through hands-on exploration, problem solving, fine motor skills and early cognitive learning. They encourage curiosity, independence and open-ended play, all things we love to promote here at Flutterbies.
The children will be able to explore activities that support:
🧠 Early thinking and problem solving
🖐 Fine motor development
🎨 Sensory exploration
👀 Visual tracking and coordination
💡 Independent learning through play
Alongside the new resources, we have also created calm, inviting play spaces where the children can explore at their own pace, develop confidence and follow their interests.
Outside we have also added a lovely new shell-shaped sand and water play pit, which we are very excited to introduce to the children this week!
We can’t wait to see how the children explore their new environment and the wonderful learning that will take place within it.

🌸 International Women’s Day 2026 🌸
Today we celebrate the incredible women who make Flutterbies Childcare such a special place every single day.
Our team of dedicated, caring, and passionate women work tirelessly to support, nurture, and inspire the children and families in our care. From comforting little ones, encouraging first steps and first words, planning exciting learning opportunities, and creating a safe and loving environment, their impact is truly remarkable.
Early Years education is built on compassion, patience, knowledge, and teamwork, and we are incredibly proud of the strong, supportive group of women who make up our staff team.
Thank you for the kindness, dedication, and positivity you bring each day. You help shape the confidence, curiosity, and happiness of the children who walk through our doors.

Red Nose Day Activity Week at Flutterbies ❤️
The children will be taking part in a special Red Nose Day Activity Week here at Flutterbies!
Throughout the week the children will be working towards earning their Hey Duggee badges, including the Laughter Badge, Walking Badge, Recipe Badge, Rainbow Badge and Party Badge. Each activity will encourage creativity, teamwork, movement and lots of laughter!
The children will also be completing a fundraising nature walk in small groups, helping us raise money for Comic Relief while enjoying the outdoors.
At the end of the week, every child will receive a certificate to celebrate all of their wonderful achievements.

🌸 Flutterbies Mums’ Morning 🌸
We would love to invite all the special women in our children’s lives to join us for a Mums’ Morning on Friday 13th March, 9:00am – 11:00am.
Mums, step mums, nannies, grandmothers and aunts are all welcome!
Come along and enjoy a morning with the children taking part in:

🫧 Sensory Play – including playdough and flower potions

Today we say a very fond goodbye to Georgie 💛
Georgie has been such a valued member of our team, bringing kindness, dedication and some silliness :)
As Georgie moves home and begins a new chapter in a different setting, we want to thank her sincerely for all she has given and wish her the very best of luck for the future. She will be truly missed by us all.
Once part of the team, always part of the family. 💐
