Creating a collet setting for this incredible Moonstone I picked up at bakewell rock and mineral exchange last year from Can't decide if it should be earrings, a ring or a pendant. Look at the peach flashes :o

The cheeseburger was my personal charm on the Milestones bracelet (but it wasn't my original choice!) You can read about my charm & story, the other charms and, the wider campaign on the blog now in part 2.

Around a year ago, i was approached to create a bespoke charm bracelet celebrating milestones in rare diseases, patient stories and scientific breakthroughs.
As both a PNH patient and silversmith, this one was personal.
Every charm represented an individual story or milestone, all together telling a story (with many more to come!).
Part 1 is live on my blog now (link in profile or https://ruthhyatt.store/blogs/news/milestons-a-charm-bracelet-for-alexion).
Hugely proud of this one.

It's been hard to do anything lately. I've really struggled to spend any time at my bench, and this small collection of moonstone pendants has taken me about 3 weeks to finish. Stealing time here and there wherever I've been able to.
2 available on the website.
I've also been quietly working on some content around a commission I'm finally able to talk about. It's been a whole year! Nearly. Its taken me a while to pull it together properly but I'm excited that I'm able to finally share it.

Beautiful blue Moonstone and light purple Amethyst. The silver pendant is textured with sun rays, giving an added shimmer alongside the blue, green & orange sheen of the Moonstone.
One of the styles that will be on the website soon.

It's been hard to spend time at my bench recently. I've been working on a few little bits and pieces to sharpen my skills & keep practicing the basics... practice makes perfect as they say.
Ill post more details about them soon, these will likely be on the website for sale soon, as usual, my jewellery is all about the stones 🤣

Customer photos are my favourite! This custom ring I made has travelled all the way to its spiritual home, Japan 🥹! Pictured here in cherry blossom season 🇯🇵 🌸

An extremely special memorial commission I recently completed. A keepsake capsule pendant with the most beautiful Namibian lilac Chalcedony, a tiny fine Emerald & plenty of beautiful gold, all guarding precious contents inside ✨️

Another ridiculously beautiful specimen from .spencer.jewellery, this Agate has so much depth and detail! Looks like a cresting wave to me.
❓️ If I show you the back, can you guess what I'm making? I can't wait to finish this! I'm nearly there 🤩🤩🤩
How beautiful is this Pink Dragon Fruit Quartz Hex pendant? Available. Pink Dragon Fruit is a relatively new discovery... it's actually rose quartz with diopside (usually) formations suspended within, each one is entirely unique and special!
