The fifth album by Statedancer and the first one to be pressed on vinyl. 'The Disorient Express' Is now available to stream on all sites, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, etc. The pre-order for the vinyl version of the record is also available on Bandcamp, link to it on the home page. A very Limited run 100 copies.
We hope you’re all having a great and restful Christmas Day, it soon comes round again, doesn’t it!! We just wanted to Thank you to all those who have listened to Statedancer on streaming and bought our vinyl this year. We appreciate it. We’ll be releasing a new record late on next year, so gearing up for that, along with more full band and also acoustic gigs.

This Thursday Statedancer return to to play an acoustic set as part of the wonderful open mic night on Heaton Moor Road Stockport. Always a great night, in good company. Looking forward to it, with as your host. ✨👌🏻
Our first autumn acoustic gig approaching, a week tomorrow on Tuesday 11th November. At the Grafton Arms pub, Grafton Street, Manchester. Hosted by for I erroneously gave a different date in an earlier post, which I apologise about, and so if you had planned to go on 4th Nov, we won’t be there, unfortunately- but hopefully you’ll be able to come along on 11th. We’re also playing at The Nook in Stockport on 27th Nov. Looking forward to them both! ✨👌🏻Free entry.

We’ve got a couple of acoustic gigs planned early winter. We wanted to get out there before the end of the year as we’ve had our heads down concentrating on writing new songs and a new record. Also planning full band gigs for next year. Elvis Jumpsuits included…..possibly.

Saturday night! This Bank holiday weekend, is our 21st Anniversary gig, upstairs situated on Wilmslow Road, Withington, Manchester. Doors 7:30pm and we’re kicking off at 8:30pm. We’re playing for over an hour with no support. Free entry. We’ll be bringing our vinyl to buy if fancy a rare limited edition pressing of The Disorient Express.
Another date added for our upcoming full band shows, which now includes the very talented playing saxophone with us. This show is at Head a very cool bar on Chester Rd, in Stretford, Manchester, UK, on Friday 16th May. We’re all really looking forward to it. ✨🙌🏻✨We’ll be playing 17 songs from our back catalogue, it’ll be a real celebration of the last 21 years as well as looking forward to the future.
