We know we can be ghost with the socials but we been in the trenches the last few months, and we are coming to the end of something we have put a lot of work into and can't wait to share!
The Wythenshawe Rising project is nearing its completion, and we are incredibly proud of the work done!

After countless hours of genuine conversation with some amazing people, we are ready to share the heart of this project with you.
Massive thank you to everyone involved, who trusted us with your stories. We did this with you. Now, we are so excited to share the film.

What We’re Celebrating:

Showcase Premiere: The main Wythenshawe Rising Documentary!

Q&A Discussion: A chance to talk with the filmmakers and community members about the film immediately after the screening.

Live Performances: Music and creative sets from some of the talented local artists involved.

Sneak Peek: A look at the ongoing work, including a preview of the new digital platform and the in-progress mini-documentaries.

Date: THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10TH
Location: The Wythenshawe Forum Creative Space
Time: 6-8pm

We would love it if you can make it to this screening to see the powerful narrative that we built together through this project, so it would mean the world to us to see you guys there on friday, but if for any reason you cant make it down, we shall also be having another screening at HOME in the coming weeks, so look out for that and you can join us there!

A City Seen/ Scratching the Surface - HOME Odd Arts and HOME have collaborated to bring together young people from Moss Side to make their own short documentary films about their community and what it means to them.
