BAM - 100 Embankment

The whole team at 100 Embankment project being awarded the BAM North West Quarterly H&S Trophy for Q2. Stuart Loftus, Project Manger, accepted the award on behalf of the staff and workforce from Ian Fleming Regional Director, who said “the award is well deserved for a team that had gone the extra mile in supporting BAM’s Your Safety is My Safety initiative”! Well done everyone!😊

The metal decking floors are progressing up the building, intumescent paint is being applied to the frame as part of our fire safety works, and works to form the lift shafts are almost complete!

We've reached the top with the steel frame and are now working our way up pouring the concrete for each floor!

Today we officially turn 150 years old! And we are celebrating on site with some delicious cakes...Happy Birthday BAM!

We are very proud to present the new 100 Embankment Marketing Suite to enable potential tennants to view the plans for the new building!

Progress on site is going well with the completion of the concrete pour on levels 3 & 4 and the steelwork climbing up to level 8, plus the netting on each floor to enable the fire protection to be applied to the steelwork... and what a beautiful day to be working on site as well!

In December we completed enabling works and started work on the steel frame and metal decking installation to the main entrance to the building!
