Our team is not going to look the same without these two incredible women! They have both been absolute pillars of our team and whoever gets to hang out with them next will be incredibly lucky.
Goodbye Tonya and Caroline!!! πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

Freshers! β€οΈπŸ“£
We can't wait to welcome you and show you round our lovely Library. If you congregate outside the Library door (opposite Reception, on the left as you enter the front door of College) we will come and get you at the appointed time πŸ₯°
The tours are a great informal way to learn about us. We'll give you a little tour and then you can learn a bit about how to use the Library, who we are and ahat services we offer.
See you soon!
Your Library team xx

New display! πŸͺ·πŸŒ±πŸ’—βœ¨οΈπŸŒΈ
As we start a brand new year, we hope this display reminds you that the Library is not only here to support your studies, but also to be a safe space where you can come and relax, spend time away from music if you want, and just be. If you need any extra help don't hesitate to reach out, and remember - your wellbeing is incredibly important, and you deserve to put yourself first. You are always welcome here 🩷
Lots of love,
Your Library team xx

You may have spotted our lovely new team member, Chris! Chris has been a porter at RNCM for a while, but is joining the Library team for the next few months to be our Records Manager. He says:
"Hi, my name is Chris and I am excited to be taking on the position of Records Manager at the RNCM Library - or annihilator of obsolete paperwork as I like to call it. I've been at RNCM for four years, previously as an Usher and as a Porter. Before that I've worked in record stores and in music journalism, so I'm happy to still be working in a music focused atmosphere. My special interests include collecting CDs and vinyl records of all genres, attending gigs, Japanese cinema, David Lynch, watching quiz shows, reading, travelling, and most recently I've been enjoying visiting National Trust properties across the UK. Everyone in the RNCM Library has been so welcoming and lovely. It's a fantastic privilege to be working in an award winning Library. πŸ€“"

Just some of the new stock we've acquired this summer. Search for all of it through the catalogue, which is now back up and running!

This coming Monday and Tuesday (14th and 15th) the Library catalogue will be down as our systems are being maintained. If you need help finding anything don't hesitate to ask us, or use RNCM Discovery via Moodle or through the link in our bio (via Library Information).
