Hello! I’m Phoebe,
I have recently relocated to Manchester and have joined the talented team at NCStudio.

Having spent 6 years working in London, in hospitality design, I am passionate about crafting spaces that combine inspiring and memorable aesthetic with noteworthy, fresh materiality.

I’m always on the lookout for exciting new materials, especially those focusing on sustainability, and I enjoy building strong relationships with suppliers to both push creative boundaries and integrate into the local industry.
I am looking forward to what the future holds at NCstudio!

Our Paris Accommodation: Locke’s latest outpost captures the city’s spirit in a fresh, contemporary way; where baroque history meets a “dramatic arboretum” of light, colour and greenery. A true jardin de verre in the heart of Paris. Designed by Studio Fettle.

As we explore the city, we love connecting with the people and places shaping its unique energy. Playful mascots to logos with creative flair, it’s these details and touch points that leave a lasting impression; sparking memories and emotional connections long after the moment has passed.

Creative Director Natasha visited Paris earlier this month to immerse herself in the city’s design scene. A long-time favourite, Café Nuances, never fails to impress, especially its newest location by designer Harry Nuriev.

Bathed in shifting coloured light, the sleek metal interior envelops visitors, transforming a simple coffee run into an immersive, almost theatrical experience.

Using AI to visualise the retreat, we imagined a fictional destination built for the Artist of today:
‘Dreamspace: Between Realities’ - an creative Residence set in the Yorkshire Moors.

A sensory refuge between analog and digital worlds, where grounded materials meet mirrored surfaces. Ethereal lilac, minty green and acid yellow cut through an earthy palette - designed to inspire, not simply to soothe.

NCStudio Creative Director, Natasha Muirhead recently entered the second edition of Curated by Creatives, .europe ’s design competition.

This year’s theme explores ‘The Artist’s Residence’ - a live-work retreat set in nature as a framework for solitude, inspiration, and creative expression.

Using AI to visualise the retreat, we imagined a fictional destination to give our sample board some context.

As part of our reimagining of The Northern, we specified table tops by - a beautifully engineered material designed and made in the UK from waste wood chips and FSC-certified timber.

These surfaces complement the project’s values of timeless design, refined materiality, and everyday function with purpose, aligning with a more thoughtful approach to interiors that champions circularity without compromise.
