Matthew Chapter 22 v29 " Jesus said to them, You are wrong because you know neither the scriptures nor the power of God. It is neither sufficient to know the scriptures and not know the power of God nor is sufficient for us as a believer too know the power of God without knowing the scriptures. But the in the case of the scribes and the pharisees, they did not know both.
However, to know both the scriptures and the power of God at the same time requires our dealings with God and for us to be dealt with by God
