In support of April being Stress Awareness Month, we launched a company-wide walking challenge to help with employee wellbeing and what a fantastic response we had! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

It was amazing to see so many of our colleagues (and furry friends) getting involved—whether it was racking up steps, discovering new walking routes, just enjoying a bit more fresh air each day or even ending up in the pub! The shared photos (and healthy competition!) really brought the challenge to life. 📸

We’re proud to be working towards building a workplace culture where it’s okay to talk about stress, support one another, and make space for mental wellbeing—one step at a time.

We’re thrilled to share that our project at Wigan Civic Centre has earned Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) certification!

This accomplishment highlights the outstanding effort and dedication of everyone involved – from those working on-site (some of the team pictured below) to the team behind the scenes in the office. It’s a reflection of our commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety, and community impact.

We're incredibly proud of this milestone and are now setting our sights on achieving CCS on even more projects going forward!

This International Women’s Day, we at Workspace are proud to support and empower women in construction.

👷‍♀️ Breaking Barriers: With two female Directors on our board, our workforce is driven by powerful women who promote an environment that allows women to thrive in the business, in leadership and in the industry.

We are proud that women are helping shape the future of the industry and we will continue to support, encourage and celebrate the achievements of women in construction!

A recently completed project in Camden, London.

We were briefed to design and deliver a new Cat B office fit out on the first floor of the building to create a high-quality show suite that had a timeless and refreshing feel.

Taking inspiration from the building and its neighbourhood, we created a soft, neutral space adapting textures from the new and old buildings around Camden.

Lest we forget ❤️

Neptune Mill, Manchester

Check out the first floor of our recently completed project at Neptune Mill in Manchester and the new HQ for Capital & Centric!

We refitted and refurbished the listed 19th Century building that was originally constructed as a mill to create new creative workspaces for businesses and to hold Capital & Centric’s new office.

Exposing the original features of this remarkable building and stripping it back to reveal the original red brickwork and timber beams has created a stunning blend of history and contemporary design within the space.

A lovely project to deliver for Terraquest in Northspring Temple Street, Birmingham.

The works consisted of a CAT B fit out to the 7,000 sq ft office suite to create a modern and inviting space that allows for their evolving needs as a business and inspires innovation.

Working in the construction industry, where the mental health statistics are particularly shocking, we are determined to make a change and start the conversation.
