A Glen challenge to my followers.
For 5mins into a walk count how many times the dogs check in with you. (Looks to you for direction)
If it's less than 10 you need to focus on building more of a bond which I have a game for that 👌.
Post in the comments below how well or badly the check ins are
3 hours with us, it's time for a decompression walk.
New smells, new scenery and she's off the lead which is lovely.
This one we've been asked to help with her nerves as she's a very shy nervous dog.

Awww this gentle elderly Mindee is with us until Sunday.
And his younger sister last time we saw her at the meet and greet she was a ginger shadow under the sofa.
Our Puppy Mindee has gone home now and, I guarantee you'll see a photo of a very sulking Twyla shortly 😅
With elderly dogs she guards them with younger dogs she spends hours sparring with them.

In case you are wondering we do not put actual names of the dogs we are minding to deter dog napping.
We have 2 Mindees coming for the weekend from Thursday - Sunday and they are lovely!
🤣 when the Mindee and Twyla stalk each other from opposite ends of the park.

We have a returning mindee spending the day with us whilst her owner is busy at work, and she and Twyla are making up for lost time!

It was actually nice to wear this at a potential Mindee client.
Hopefully you'll see a new guest coming to visit with a bit of training to give her owner peace of mind.
Safety is always paramount so we have a bit of work and assessments to complete.
But we already saw some positive changes in the half hour consultation meeting. Which is always lovely to see.
Small wins do build up to massive goals ( eww a football reference) 🤣

Our last hour with Our lovely Mindee, I find it wild other dog Minders charge to wash the dogs before they go back home.
Well not with us we cater to most aspects of dogs needs.
Just not grooming.....yet 😜
Considering she's never been washed before she really enjoyed it ♥️
