As the year draws to a close, Demcor would like to thank all its clients both old and new for the valuable business in 2025 and for placing your trust in us. When a client asks for a back to bricks renovation then who are we to argue

Demcor are pleased to have been awarded a 'back to bricks' full house refurbishment for a valued private client in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Looking forward to delivering an amazing property to our usual standards.

Getting nearer completion on our Lake District project. New internal bathroom we created at 1st floor looking smart. Just ready in time for all those Lake District bound holidaymakers.

Demcor are currently working on a full house back to brick refurb of a 3 storey Victorian Terrace in the picturesque Cumbrian village of Keekle.

Watch this space as the property is transformed from an unloved semi derelict property into a luxurious sleeps 8 holiday let.

Demcor Ltd are pleased to announce the arrival of our sister company Demcor (NW) Ltd into the property development sector.

We look forward as a contracting business to help NW grow and develop its portfolio of BTL and Holiday Let properties.

Demcor are sad to announce the demise of the Insulhub group of companies with whom we have had the honour and privilege to have been involved with some amazing and challenging projects , with fantastic clients around the country using the Isotex ICF build system. I wish all of its former employees the best of luck in whatever new roles they move into.

Demcor will now be refocusing its activities on new projects both large and small. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
