Emblaze Events is a new event team from Manchester Metropolitan University. The company was created to put on an event in aid of Henshaws Society for Blind People. This year we are introducing ‘Dinner in the Dark’ event. The idea is to blindfold attendees during the meal to create unforgettable yet challenging culinary journey by suppressing the dominant sense of sight.
