Our story

We started this journey over 10 years ago, on December 9th 2009. Our mission was quite simple: To offer the best in mobile accessories, repairs, spares and to other tech too, such as tablets, laptops, PC’s, games consoles and handhelds, partnered with genuine, good old fashioned customer service - we KNOW that without our customers, we DON’T have a business.

We also ensured that we offered our products at the right price - we too are from every day working class backgrounds, and know NO-ONE ever has money to burn. Our ethos is simple - if we pay less for our stock, then so does our customer.

We’ve loved every minute of serving our local community. So much so, we decided to share the love throughout the UK with our own website www.mobilezone.online. Here, customers can buy our products at the same price as our store, with FREE postage to their doorstep.

Additionally, we now offer a mail-in repair service too, so, wherever you are in the UK, we can help you. We still offer FREE estimates, and a No Fix, No Fee service too.
