Vienna Lager from is a perfect example of this maltier Austrian style of lager. Clean and balanced with sweet biscuit and toasty flavours backed up by noble hopped bitterness. 💯
The Vienna style combines British malting techniques with Bavarian cold lagering methods working perfectly in bottle with the secondary fermentation creating a softer natural carbonation.

It's time to let you all in on our exciting plans for 2026...
In January, we'll be leaving the Northern Quarter and moving our shop into Café Beermoth on Brown Street to create a space that will provide a world class beer experience for our customers.
Tib Street has been a home to Beermoth for almost 13 years, but we believe it's the right time to make the change.
By making this move, we will offer our whole range of beers and expertise in one venue. We know a lot of you already love Café Beermoth but we're convinced that this elevates what we already do to the next level for beer lovers. We promise it'll be an unmissable stop on a visit to Manchester.
We're pleased to say that our current employees Liam, who will have been with us for a decade in December, and the legendary Norbert will be continuing their excellent work at Café Beermoth after Christmas.
We have a couple of months, including one last Christmas, in the Northern Quarter so please come down to bid farewell to the original home of Beermoth. We are forever grateful for your support over the years and hope it'll continue as we morph into the next stage of the moth life-cycle.

The latest from Beak!
Really glad that Beak create such amazing Table Pales, and the latest Nodes continues the trend with Citra and Strata CGX being the hops here.
Turbine was brewed to celebrate Modern's 25th anniversary, a DDH Pale with Riwaka, Mosaic, and Citra hops.
Finally, here (but more in the fridges!) is Pina is Beak's take on a Piña Colada, a smoothie sour packed with pineapple and coconut with a dash of lime as well.

A highlight in the shop recently has been Simple Things Fermentations collaboration with Glasladies Beer Society Saint Enoch! 📿
A Belgian Pale Ale brewed with locally foraged botanicals, including flowering currant, elderflower, mint, and coriander alongside Belma, Monroe and Lemondrop hops.
The summer botanicals give the beer a slightly fruity foundation, ending in a dry woody finish.
Brewed to celebrate Glasgow's patron saint, for the city's 850th anniversary!

Loads of new beers from you to try from Canada at the moment! A stand-out is White Picket Fence from Bellwoods Brewery in Toronto! 🍁🍁
Brewed using the solera method, where oak-aged beer is blended with a small amount of fresh beer. It's then lightly dry-hopped.
First time we've had this Foeder Saison in cans, expect lemon meringue aromatics, bright hop character, and a champagne-like carbonation.
You can see this beer and browse the full range at bmoth.uk/Canada

Another in our wide range of German beers is a Märzen from Klosterbrauerei Reutberg, situated near the Alps in Bavaria. 🗻
A very historic brewery dating back to the 17th Century and owned as a cooperative since the 19th.
Their Märzen is made from 50% dark and 50% light malt, a rich amber in colour, with a caramel aroma.
