(June 4, 2026) – The Brown University Division of Athletics and Recreation announced today an innovative new partnership with FirstPoint USA designed to enhance collaboration between the Division and the international athlete recruiting agency, which helps identify opportunities for prospective student-athletes.

Through the multi-year, FirstPoint USA now becomes the Official Recruiting Agency of Brown Athletics and Recreation and will be the first jersey patch sponsor in Bears history, placing their branding on the sleeves of Brown’s championship-winning men’s rugby uniforms.

Congratulations to FirstPoint athlete Dominic Brady, who has committed to NCAA DI LaSalle University in Philadelphia.

Talented midfielder Dominic made the move from Scotland to the US last summer, playing his freshman season for Florida International University, with the Panthers reaching the American Conference Championship match. He previously played for St Mirren and Queen’s Park, and was part of the SFA Performance School at Grange Academy, Kilmarnock.

He will join the program this Fall, to play under head coach Taylor Thames. The Explorers play in the Atlantic-10 Conference and reached the conference playoffs last season.

We are excited to announce that FirstPoint USA will be partnering the UCLA Summer Rugby Camp, taking place on their historic Westwood campus from 23 – 26 July.

head coach Harry Bennett will be joined by our very own Director of Rugby Sean Lamont, a 105-time capped Scotland international who will be helping put aspiring young players through their paces, adding his vast international rugby experience to the coaching team for the four days of the camp.
