Boss Model Management

BOSS Model Management is well known in the fashion capitals of the world. We continue to source and develop the finest models.
We are passionate about what we do, producing national and international success from home grown local talent. What sets BOSS apart from the competition is the care, knowledge and attention to detail in our day to day work. With impeccable and proactive scouting, coaching and development we take the model from absolute beginner to international runway. BOSS models undergo a rigorous selection process and only those whom we are passionate about make it onto the books. Our extremely motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic staff perform with relentlessly high standards of customer service. We don't stand still, we constantly evolve, and there is never a dull moment. Embracing the future, but respecting the past, we regularly challenge ourselves to raise the bar in terms of model standards and customer service.
