It comes with a heavy heart that we lost our girl. Dianne your witty ways and your dancing skills will live on for ever. Thank you for all the memories over the years and your love for Blackpool we are glad we got to take you there one last time and make some funny memories . We send our loving thoughts to your mum and family at this very sad time. we send our loving healing to them all. your friends miss you very much. But we know that your be up there with all your other friends having banter with that frank James and our Claire bear and the others. till we meet again our dancing queen. It feels as though we’ve become the punching bags for everyone’s frustration, . We completely understand why people are upset, and we know this is an incredibly difficult and emotional time.

Please remember that we are trying our very best. We are not only carrying out our day-to-day responsibilities, but also spending a great deal of time listening, supporting, and, in many cases, acting as counsellors for those affected. With only a small group of the one club team.

Our role is to help manage this closure as responsibly as possible, guiding and educating the people we support towards any appropriate services and sources of help that may be available. This is not easy for anyone involved, and we are doing everything we can to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.

We ask for a little understanding and patience. We are trying, we care deeply about the people affected, and we remain committed to supporting them throughout the remaining days of this process.

OFFICIAL CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with regret that we announce the closure of OneClub , effective 10 July 2026

After careful review of our circumstances and future sustainability, the decision has been made to discontinue the organization’s activities and operations. This decision was not taken lightly and follows considerable consideration of all available options.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our members, participants, families, volunteers, staff, supporters, and partner organizations who have contributed to and supported OneClub throughout its existence. Your commitment has helped create an inclusive community and meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities.

We are proud of the positive impact achieved together and thankful for the friendships, experiences, and accomplishments that have been shared along the way.

Any outstanding administrative matters, including records, memberships, or final communications, will be addressed before the closure date. Individuals with questions are encouraged to contact us at the office on 0161 222 6011 or 07840565864

Thank you for your support and for being part of the OneClub family. it has been a honour and a blessing making memories with every single member and will hold a close place in our hearts for ever.

We would like to take the opportunity in thanking every single member of staff that has worked for the one club. with out you guys, we would not be able to have done this service. and going forward we wish you all the luck in your new adventure in what ever that may be. So with a heavy heart we thank you all.

Hi guys just a quick update I know a lot of people have been upset with the closure of the one club.

we have a update and as from Tuesday 16 th June the doors will be back open for all that attended.

With the team ready and waiting. we will be making calls to each and every person over the next few days. We are very sorry for any confusion or upset this may have caused to you and your families. our main priority is always going to be the guys first. We hope to see you all Tuesday if any concerns please do not hesitate to contact the centre Monday or myself Kerry
