If you take your health seriously, this video is for you 👌🏿
Red flag symptoms of bladder cancer
🚩 Blood in the urine (visible or microscopic)
🚩 Recurrent urinary tract infections, especially without a clear cause
🚩 Needing to pass urine more often than usual
🚩 Sudden urgency to pass urine
🚩 Pain or burning when passing urine that does not settle
🚩 Persistent lower abdominal, pelvic, or back pain
🚩 Unexplained weight loss
🚩 Persistent tiredness or symptoms of anaemia
Most people with these symptoms do not have cancer, but persistent symptoms should never be ignored. Early assessment can make a significant difference to outcomes.

Seek medical advice if you notice blood in your urine, blood in your stool, unexplained weight loss, persistent changes in bowel habit, or ongoing urinary symptoms.

If you’ve been prescribed metformin for PCOS, you may be wondering why.

Many women with PCOS have insulin resistance, meaning their bodies have to produce extra insulin to keep blood sugar under control. High insulin levels can stimulate the ovaries to produce more testosterone, which may contribute to irregular periods, difficulty ovulating, acne, and excess hair growth.

Metformin helps your body respond better to insulin. By improving insulin sensitivity, it can help restore hormonal balance and improve some of the symptoms associated with PCOS.

If you have PCOS, remember that you’re not alone, and effective treatments are available. Speak to your healthcare professional about the options that are right for you.
P.S: Metformin is used off license for this.

How soon did you resume bedroom activities after childbirth?
Every woman heals differently after childbirth. While many healthcare professionals advise waiting around 6 weeks before resuming s*xual activity, the most important factor is that she feels physically and emotionally ready.

The postpartum period is a time of healing, adjustment, and rediscovering yourself, especially after a first baby or a difficult birth. Love, patience, and understanding from a partner can make all the difference. Recovery should never be rushed, and intimacy is about much more than s*x.

Support her. Listen to her. Heal together. ❤️

A headache during or after s*x can be frightening, but it’s often harmless. However, if it’s sudden, severe, or the “worst headache of your life,” seek urgent medical attention to rule out a more serious cause. Don’t suffer in silence. Your symptoms deserve to be checked. ❤️

Most breast changes are not cancer, but knowing what is normal for your body can help you spot when something isn’t right. If you notice a new lump, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, unusual discharge, or any persistent change in your breast or armpit, please don’t ignore it. Early detection can save lives, so always get checked if you’re worried. 💗
