Rough with the smooth 🐌

Second year on the bounce fertility has been a fat zero for this girl (paired to the same male). Now I just need to work out who the common denominator is. I have my suspicions.

Even the good looking eggs had weak or no veins at all 👎

She made it through with no complications though, which is the most important thing. We go again.

Another proud moment for me this morning as an animal produced here lays her first clutch 🥚

Producing eggs from any female is a great feeling, but it’s just that bit sweeter when they’re organic.

Nothing ground breaking from this one but I’ll be hoping for ⛄️

17/0 eggs (a PB for me) and importantly a smooth ride for this first time mum who flew through labour in about 4 hours🤙
