As we head towards the end of Apprenticeship week it is fitting to mention Anna, our HR Apprentice, who joined us in October 2024 after completing her A' levels at St John Rigby College. Anna could easily have gone down the University route but made the decision to explore apprenticeship opportunities as she felt this was a better pathway for her. Fast forward, she is now an integral part of our team, adding value and ideas daily, providing much needed support to our HR and quality processes.

Yesterday she visited Upholland High School, telling her apprenticeship story to Year 8 pupils, she was confident, engaging and inspiring.

As a business we know the impact that apprenticeship training has on individuals and employers, and we are proud that our team is now benefiting from having Anna with us on our journey.

Congratulations to Andrea Dickinson from Oldham Council on your Distinction on the Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship. Amazing result, we are all super proud.

Congratulations Chris Smith on your Distinction in the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship. Amazing achievement.

In other news we have 3 of our wonderful Level 7 Senior People Professionals, 5 Level 5 HR Consultant Partner and 6 Level 3 Team Leaders now in gateway, all are weeks away from the finish line.

Extremely proud day for Sophie Houghton and our amazing HR Delivery Team as she has passed the Level 5 HR Consultant Partner Apprenticeship and Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management - this is no walk in the park and especially as today she goes on maternity leave. We are absolutely over the moon for Sophie, and for all of the success that will undoubtedly come her way.
