Whatās the best way to show prospects theyāll receive value after?
Give them ridiculous value BEFORE they need to part with any money.

As promised, another way to eliminate price objections in a service based business⦠ā
Letās look at the digital space - or (although you can implement this same strategy in ANY business).
Where many unknowingly make business difficult is that they allow their prospects to believe they are the same as everyone else that does that they do.
If a business contacts you asking for a website, itās important to go deeper to understand why they think they need a website.
(Nobody just needs a website!)
You want to identify from asking the right questions what they want the website to do for them once itās finished.
Your competitors will mainly be offering a X-page website for a certain price.
If you only talk to them in their terms about the result they are looking for, they canāt benchmark that against a price just for a website.

š 100 leads per month forever Ā£2,500
Which of these is most appealing?
They are there same thing, just framed in a different way.

By the way, you can charge far more than £2,500 in this example as you would have found out what a lead is worth, in their world, and can price their desired result, accordingly!
If they try to say theyāve found it cheaper elsewhere, you just ask what theyāve foundā¦
āOh youāve found a 10 page website for Ā£2,000? You said you wanted 100 leads per month?ā
āWe doā
āOh well 100 leads per month is Ā£2,500. If you only want a website thatās Ā£2,000, which would you like?
People place wildly different values on the same thing, just framed in a different way.

If you offer a service, one of the smartest things you can do is build in a guarantee into your offering, especially if nobody else is doing it!
Just make sure that itās unique!
(By the way, that USP that youāve been spouting to everyone is not unique if your competition says the same thing as you!

These sorts of things just allow your prospects to see you as the same as all of those ācompetitorsā youāve built a better solution than! ā
Anyway, if youāre a service based business hereās an example you can use! ā¬ļø
You find exceptional sales people that smash targets and reinvent what your clients think is achievable, and charge 25% (yes you can command 25%!!)
If you offer to replace a candidate you place in the first 12 months free of charge (and nobody else is doing that), get some stats on your prospects retention.
Letās say their average sales person lasts 6 months, but your guarantee is 12 months.
Their existing supplier has proven inferior staff will stay for 6 months, and charge 15% of a £30k basic (£4,500 - so £750 per month)
BUTā¦
You GUARANTEE a minimum of 12 months at 25% (£7,500 - so £625 per month MINIMUM) for a better solution!
So for a superior solution you can offer a lower COST than an inferior solution!
Does anybody on the planet want to pay a higher price for an inferior solution than they can pay for a superior solution? š«£
ANSWERā¦.

If you could eliminate price objections, youād be able to sell more, and charge more, right?
One of the best ways to do this is to talk about the difference between price and cost.
Let me explainā¦
When your prospect says they have found it cheaper elsewhere, it is likely that they are looking at an inferior product.
Letās say you sell office chairs for Ā£199, but offered a guarantee/warranty on them for 5 years.
When your prospect says they have found a cheaper alternative for Ā£99, ask this questionā¦
āAre we talking about the PRICE, or the COST, you have found cheaper?ā
Almost always they will ask what the difference is, which peaks their curiosity!
Then you can explain the price is what you pay today, but the cost is what the solution will cost you overall.
If you know (or can create a compelling argument backed with evidence) those chairs last around 6 months, you can explain that the cost of the ācheaperā priced chairs is Ā£990 over the next 5 years, where yours is just Ā£199!
At that point I like to joke and ask them if they think I should actually put my prices up!
Would you rather pay 20% of the cost for a premium product or 400% more for an inferior product?
Suddenly the decision is a no-Brainer!

How you can make sure AI does not replace youā¦. š¤
AI will not replace people in businesses.
What will happen is that people in businesses that utilise AI will ultimately replace people in businesses that choose not to adopt AI.
There is scepticism about everything on the planet.
This newspaper article from 2000 was about the internet being a passing fad.
Sounds completely ridiculous now, right?
