Now the dust has settled on the 2025/26 season, hereโs a look back at another fantastic year for Maidstone RFC.
We kicked things off at Vigo 10s and Worthing 7s before enjoying a hugely successful pre-season, with strong training numbers and positive performances heading into the campaign.
Throughout the season, we celebrated plenty of tries, points and wins across the club, while also restarting our 3rd XV and laying foundations for even more rugby next year.
Off the pitch, we entered a raft into the Maidstone River Festival, raised nearly ยฃ2,800 for Movember, hosted socials, quiz nights, silent auctions and welcomed old and new faces together at a fantastic club reunion.
There were proud moments across all levels of the club too, with our Vets returning to Spitfire Cup Finals Day for the first time in 10 years and two of our Colts helping lift the U18 Continental Tyres Schools Vase at Twickenham.
A huge thank you to our players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and supporters who continue to make this club what it is.
So much achieved on and off the pitch this season, and weโre already looking forward to what 2026/27 has in store.

Touch rugby is back on again tonight and what a start itโs been ๐๐ฅ
Great numbers every session so far, loads of laughs, plenty of touches, and a brilliant atmosphere every week.
If you havenโt been down yet, come and see what youโre missing out on ๐๐
Who are we seeing at 6:45 tonight at Mote Park?

We just canโt get enoughโฆ ๐
Another four players decided they werenโt quite finished with rugby this season and pulled on the shirt to help make the Ben Campbell-Johnston Memorial Match happen.
A huge thank you to Sam Crowther, Rhys Tolley, Jack Brown and Pascal Chuchu for stepping in, playing out of position, wearing unfamiliar colours, and giving the crowd another chance to watch the game they love.
Most importantly, together we helped raise an incredible ยฃ12,600 for the amazing charities supported by the day โ Jigsaw South East, Kent Wooden Spoon and Star Scheme โ all in memory of Ben Campbell-Johnston ๐
A brilliant day of rugby, community and celebration.

The season might be over, but rugby never really stops. ๐
Recently, four Maidstone Rugby Club players joined New Ash Green RFC for their Presidents Day โ helping make it another fantastic occasion.
