Message From Heaven

I woke up in so much grief my body coudl barely move. Grief that's not just my own but the worlds.

Grief is next level feeling. It is felt so deeply in the body, breath can become inpossible, the bodies ability to just get up and go is halted. You are droppped so deeply into a state of being out of cotnrol that you will end up in a boxing ring with grief and greif always wins.

Grief comes in many different layers, felt in many different formats, caused by many different reasons.

The transformational gift of grief is overlooked by the intensity of feeling, most of the time uncontrollable feelings.

Funny thing about the world we live in, humans want to pacify grief as if it's soemthing that should be looked down upon, not felt in it's entirety.

The other funny thing about grief is that if one allows it to be fully present, it passes sooner than we anticipated. isn't that how most of life goes 🙂

Let it transform you.
Don’t beat yourself up.
Let it bring you to the most tender parts of your being so you can see how courageous you are and the miracle of alchemization.
