I remember my Mum telling me I had my Granny's stubborn streak. It felt negative, but today I discovered it can be a real positive! I'd painted a table set for a customer based on her choice of colours. I could tell she "liked" it but didn't have my usual "love it" response. So I stubbornly refused to settle and offered to paint again but this time with my idea of what colours to use based on her home decor. Well, this time she absolutely loves it!

The response I had yesterday to my post on Spotted : Dunstable asking for opinions on two coaster colour combinations blew me away! I was humbled by so many locals appreciating my form of colourful art. So ...

Sometimes you try something but it doesn't really work out. The question is, have you learnt enough over the years to be able to save it and turn it around? I'm personally of the opinion that I succeeded with this one - do you also think I managed to turn it around? 🤔 Ruth x
