We provide all of our members with lots of healthy recipes so our ladies never get bored of what to cook. We have breakfasts/lunches/dinners and even snacks. Try our Burrito bowl which is healthy and filling. All of our recipes come with a barcode for our ladies to easily scan into their food trackers.

Our very first ever member of the month for Jan is Carol ๐๐
Carol has been a prime example of an Fbl member for Jan by sticking to the meal plan as much as possible and following it up with pictures in the group for inspiration and motivation.
Carol also sends her weight and body fat every week without fail.
Carol is always welcoming to other fbl ladies at the sessions and tries to help the new ladies if needs be.
Carol has been trying to improve her overall fitness/wellbeing by attending the sessions and trying new things.
If Carol can't make a session she always cancels via the app.
Carols goals initially are weight loss and Carol has lost a mammoth 5.1kg (11.2lbs) on the January Jeans challenge and 2.8% body fat.
Well done Carol who is modelling her prize which is a special edition FBL tshirt ๐
