🎭✨ WHAT A DAY! ✨🎭

Today our Saturday Academy had the incredible opportunity to work with Carla Dixon-Hernandez for a very special West End Musical Theatre Masterclass!

brought so much energy, experience and generosity to the room, working with our students across the day and sharing her knowledge of performing, musical theatre and life as a professional performer.

From making her professional and West End debut as Alice in Matilda the Musical at just 11 years old, to Annie, originating Lydia Hillard in Mrs. Doubtfire the Musical, Mona Loser and most recently Something Rotten! at Manchester Opera House, Carla has built an amazing career across stage and screen.

It was fantastic to see our students throwing themselves into the sessions, learning from Carla and, most importantly, having an absolute ball doing what they love! ❤️

A huge thank you to Carla for spending the day with us and giving our students such a brilliant insight into the professional world of musical theatre.

We’re already looking forward to welcoming her back to PQA Richmond in November! 🌟

📸 Here are just a few moments from today’s masterclass with our Saturday students...

Congratulations to all the POWS, FOWS & RMOWS!

After so many years with us, it’s time to say goodbye to Billy. ❤️

We’re going to miss having you around on a Saturday morning so much. The place simply won’t be the same without you.

It’s been amazing watching you grow up with us over the years, and we’re so proud to have been a small part of your journey.

Whatever you decide to do next, we wish you all the very best. We know you’ll be brilliant.

We’ll miss you very much, Billy!

And of course a huge congratulations to all the other performers of the week, filmmakers of the week, and role models of the week. You've all been fantastic 😍

Well done everyone!

Today we say goodbye to one of the original PQA Richmond students. ❤️

Ellie first walked through our doors at our very first Open Day back in 2015, and for the past 11 years she has been with us every step of the way.

It has been such a privilege to watch her grow from the young girl who joined us all those years ago into the incredible young woman she is today. We couldn’t be prouder of the person she has become.

Now she’s heading off to take the fashion industry by storm, and we couldn’t be more excited to see where life takes her.

Thank you for being such a special part of the PQA Richmond family for the past 11 years. We wish you nothing but happiness, success and the very best for this next chapter.

Go smash it! ❤️
..and congratulations to all our POWS, FOWS & Role Models!

Give it up for the Saturday role models, performers and filmmakers OF THE WEEK ❤️

The first ever in THE HISTORY OF PQA...

ROLE MODEL OF THE WEEK! (Alongside Performer of The Week and Filmmaker of The Week) 🤪❤️
