c. Skim walls for perfect finish
d. Tiling on floor
e. Tiling on walls (partly – around bathtub and sink)

h. Install new shower unit and tap
2. Top Bedroom 1:
a. Remove wallpaper from walls and ceiling and skim after
3. Top Bedroom 2:
a. Remove wallpaper from walls and ceiling and skim after

4. Hallway
a. Skim on ceiling
b. Remove wallpaper from walls and skim after

d. Install banisters – 4 stairs to bottom

a. Fit plasterboard and skim

a. Strip kitchen of tiles, floor, and units

a. Rubbish removal

• Fitting double glazing on three upstairs windows (Bathroom, bedroom, and Hallway)
• Tiling in kitchen above cooker and corner unit
• Paint the hallway (all coats)
• Paint the 2 undercoats needed on all skimmed walls and ceilings in all other rooms
• Fix plumbing outside of upstairs bathroom

Painting & Decorating only

• Skirting boards (remove and replace with new)

o Demolition of a wall between living room and kitchen
