OPAQUE: not able to be seen through; not transparent
The first chapter of our new menu uses block colour and solid liquids. Thick, viscous, bitter, heavy - our perceptions of these liquids can cause us to avoid them. Well here’s a few drinks with some unexpected flavours that we hope will change all that.
